The Championship Launch
& Test Day was a great success. A wide variety of competitors both
new and many from last years championship took part and thoroughly enjoyed
the day.
Every competitor we talked to on the day thought it was a great idea,
were very glad to see it happen and can't wait for the next one. There
was some regular tarmac competitors who enjoyed this new forest rallying
experience so much that they are making arrangements to take part in
the championship later this year.
We have some photos of the day thanks to several professional motorsport
photograghers in our gallery and we shot some video clips of our own
that can be found in the video archive or by clicking the link above.
We'd like to take this opportunity to thank John Quill, the Forest Rally
Championship Committee and the team of marshalls etc. that made the
Test Day possible!
